Landis & Associates Stewardship Program

A biblical explanation of stewardship may be defined as: "Utilizing and managing all resources God provides for the glory of God and the betterment of His creation." The biblical essence of stewardship is managing everything God brings into our lives in a manner that honors God. As a firm, we believe in using our gifts and strengths to help others and in turn, we embrace stewardship as one of our core values. We hope that this embodiment of beliefs shows itself in all we do in our firm as we continually seek to improve our services and provide clarity for our clients. But we also actively seek intentional and creative ways to tangibly impact our community and the world around us through the Landis & Associates Stewardship Program.

Here are just a few ways our firm has made an impact:

  • Arranged grocery deliveries to the elderly in the local community during the initial phases of COVID-19 pandemic when it was scary and dangerous for seniors to leave their homes.

  • Provided financial support for causes such as helping to free Pakistani families from a debt-slavery cycle (https://familiessetfree.org/).

  • Sponsored an accounting/business scholarship through Lancaster Bible College for the 2021-2022 school year.

  • Participated in the Angel Tree Christmas program with Prison Fellowship to help make Christmas special for a local family (https://www.prisonfellowship.org/about/angel-tree/angel-tree-christmas/)

  • We regularly send cards & letters of celebration or care to clients.

Current initiatives:

Sponsor 50 families in need through Lancaster Rec

Each year Lancaster Rec awards nearly 2,000 sports related scholarships to children and families who are in financial need. Through these scholarships’ children, who may not have otherwise had the opportunity, are now able to participate in basketball, take up ballet lessons or learn to swim. Landis & Associates proudly sponsors 50 annual scholarships through the Stewardship Program.
